Shipping
How much is shipping?
$14 flat rate for the entire order, Australia wide.
How long will shipping take?
Your package will generally leave our warehouse 1-2 business days after your order is placed.
Do you ship anywhere in Australia?
Yes.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No.
What happens if I'm not at home when my package arrives?
If you tick 'I would like my package left in a secure place if someone is not there to accept it' when you place your order, then the courier will put your package in a secure spot. Otherwise, you will get a note letting you know exactly how to organize a re-delivery or collection.
Do you use express couriers?
Yes. We have never lost a package.
Are the couriers safe?
Absolutely. They are secure and fast, and we pack the packages with lots of padding.
Do you ship to remote locations?
Yes. But for very remote locations, we might need additional shipping costs. If that happens, we will ask you first.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Only for commercial size bulk orders. Please contact us.
Ordering
Do you have warranty?
Yes. All our fans come with a minimum of 1 year warranty and many of them with up to 5 years.
What happens after I pay for the order?
We will send you a confirmation email with your name, address and details of your order.
What if I want to contact you about my order?
Please use the Contact Us page. Our customer service team will contact you back.
Do I need to register to purchase a product?
No. You can buy as a guest.
Can I cancel or change my order?
No. Once your order is made, we can't make any changes to it.
DIY Installation
What is your policy on installing ceiling or exhaust fans myself?
All our ceiling and exhaust fans must be be installed by a licensed electrician.
Who is responsible for the installation?
Installation is your responsibility, per instructions, and according to regulations. Safety, including switching off the mains, must be a top priority during installation.
Payments
What payment types do you take?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, ZipPay and AfterPay.
Do you store my credit card number?
No. It is sent to your bank over a secure encrypted internet connection, which is level 1 Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant.
Is it safe to pay online?
Extremely safe. All our pages are encrypted.
How do I use a discount code?
You enter it when you pay at the end.
