Warranty

Our warranty does not cover the following situations:

• Products used contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.
• Products not installed by a qualified, licensed electrician.
• Residential products used in a commercial environment.
• Residential products used continuously for more than 8 hours.

Returns and Exchanges

Under warranty, faulty products will be exchanged at no cost. Please report a faulty product within 2 calendar days of delivery.

Refunds will be issued if the information on our website is found to be incorrect. However, products cannot be returned or exchanged in the following situations:

• Misinterpretation of product specifications on our website.
• Assuming features that were not present on our website.
• Disapproval of the product's color or size.
• Change of mind.
• Minor variations in color between the computer screen and the actual product.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, unforeseeable factors, such as location, courier errors, or unavailability for delivery, may occasionally cause shipping delays. We cannot accept returns if delivery is delayed due to such unforeseeable factors.

To ensure successful delivery, the provided address must be accessible to couriers, and a responsible adult must be present to receive the goods. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. If a courier is unable to deliver your order, Fans R Us reserves the right to charge redelivery costs.

Authority To Leave

If you specify an "Authority To Leave" for your delivery, where the parcel can be left if no one is available to accept it, please note that Fan R Us is not liable for theft or damage in such cases.

Ownership of Products Sold

Ownership of all products sold by Fans R Us only transfers to the customer upon full payment.
